An openoffice planning with a thought-out placement of premises, focusing on the wishes and productivity of the employee. Workplaces have been located nearby the windows along the exterior walls of the building, providing as much daylight as possible. The workspace area has been separated by white and designed in neutral shades, while the core of the building, where the common and public premises are found, is more saturated in colour and furnishings. These premises also receive the daylight coming in through the windows of workspaces, thus leaving no space of the office in dark. The workplaces are functional and ergonomic the height of the tables can be adjusted, allowing to work also while standing; and chairs employ the principles of comfort and ergonomics. Much attention has been paid to acoustics the walls of public spaces have been clad with acoustic panels, and sound absorbing felt has been used for the meeting rooms. A proper microclimate has been maintained by placing Ficus trees and other larger indoor plants inside the interior. Design aesthetically reveals subtle details and ingenious solutions.
